With 80 public houses a month closing down and other places closing down around us. We have had to re-think of ways to keep our little business from going down the same path. With the energy crises of last year it would not have been feasible and was becoming harder & harder to carry on as we were. With a lot of thought, we decided that the best option was to change our business to a B&B with the option of evening meals if required and to keep our liquor licence so that we still have drinks to offer our guests. . (Bottled wine, beer, cider etc.) With a lot of hard work, we have converted a rear room into a new breakfast/ dining room overlooking the Garden with beautiful surrounding views.
This was a hard decision for us and hope that past and new guests will understand and continue to support us going ahead
Our Accomodation
Our Inn has Our Inn has 5 B&B ensuite rooms, one ground floor and 4 first floor.
A full English, gluten-free or vegetarian breakfast is available daily (pre-booked) between 08:00 until 09:00 at the property.please advise us of any dietary needs when booking. Packed lunches can also be provided for guests needing an earlier breakfast.
We have a large private car park, a ‘sun trap’ picturesque garden
